What is the maximum the Dell XPS 420 Quad Core Q6600 can be Overclock without problems?

I'm planning to buy a dell xps 420 with 2.4ghz Q6600 Quad core processor and i want to know whats the max this can be overclock without burning. also how fast is this Q6600 processor.
Also how good is ths computer for gaming will i be able to play the latest games of today and coming years without problems?
if i was you, i'd build my own computer. you'll come out with a more powerful computer that will last longer then if you bought a dell. plus it'd most likely come out alot cheaper.
