Pipeline Construction Starts at Mobile Home Park

Construction on a water pipeline has begun at a mobile home park in Lycoming County despite the fact a handful of residents are still living there.

On Tuesday, state police removed dozens of protesters who came to Riverdale Mobile Home Park near Jersey Shore in support of those tenants.

Those residents were fighting eviction after Riverdale was bought by a company working in the gas industry. now a company spokesperson said an agreement has been reached with those tenants and the company is working to find them new homes.

Those tenants had been fighting eviction since March when Aqua America bought the mobile home park with plans to draw water from the Susquehanna River to use for gas drilling.

Residents were told if they left by June 1, Aqua America would give them $2,500 dollars to help with relocating.

For the seven who stayed behind, they gained support across the country.

On Tuesday state police removed dozen of protesters who had been camped out at Riverdale since the June 1 deadline.

Video posted on youtube.com shows the last ditch effort of those volunteers.

Now a fence surrounds the park’s perimeter and a private security company has been hired by Aqua America .

The residents at the park said they could not talk on camera since their lawyers are still in negotiations with Aqua America.

A spokesperson for Aqua America said while lawyers on both sides are in talks the residents will be allowed to stay at the park.

A statement from Aqua America said “We have come to an amicable resolution with the attorneys representing the occupants of the former Riverdale Mobile Home Park. the details of their relocation are being finalized with their attorneys”.

Aqua America officials said they were happy the protesters left peacefully Wednesday and that the remaining residents have promised not to interfere with the ongoing construction while they are living at the park.

More opportunities to see Corinthian Hall as a work in progress

the grand mansion on Gladstone Boulevard is receiving visitors.Corinthian Hall may be gutted, but the public can tour the interior and see traces of the opulence of the past as well as the promise of the future.Free guided tours of the house at 3218 Gladstone Blvd. are now offered at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. So-called hard hat tours have been available periodically, but the new schedule makes the mansion more routinely accessible than it has been since the Kansas City Museum shut its doors in January 2008.“it became clear to us that everyone in the community wanted to know what was going on,” said museum director Christopher Leitch.the free tours take about 45 minutes and are guided by museum education aide Janet McGuire. Longer, more in-depth tours with Leitch are offered at 12:30 p.m. every third Sunday of the month, including this Sunday, for $5. “Hard Hat Happy Hours” are also offered from 5 to 7 p.m. every first Thursday of the month for $5.Tour participants are required to wear closed-toe shoes for safety, and children must be accompanied by an adult. There is also new life on the grounds of the estate, with flower beds that echo the past. and, as of this week, there are new appointments to a mayoral advisory board overseeing all the activity of the site of the Kansas City Museum.the mansion’s rooms are bare, down to wood, marble and plaster. but they also now feature large panel displays with photos of how the 1910 mansion looked in its prime, as well as renderings of what the future home of the Kansas City Museum will be.the house and other buildings on the three-acre estate were built by R.A. Long, who made his fortune in the lumber business. After he died the house became home to the museum, whose displays altered and obscured much of the building’s original splendor. the building is owned by the city of Kansas City but is operated by the Kansas City Museum, which is part of Union Station Kansas City.A revitalization project in recent years stripped away all of the alien material. the city has spent more than $10 million on new windows, a roof and other renovations. the most recent was a new, $3 million climate-control system that provides the proper temperature and humidity to preserve historic artifacts.“one of the most challenging jobs for Corinthian Hall was taking this massive air-conditioning equipment and trying to find a place to put it” in the historic building, said Robert Rives of the city’s General Services Department.some of the equipment was lowered through the roof to the attic. other pieces were installed in the basement and tucked away in closets. In the end, just 32 square feet of usable floor space was lost.the air conditioning was welcome on a recent hot day. the Long family, for all its wealth and privilege, did not enjoy such luxury.an interpretive plan commissioned with private donations envisions restoring the first floor to a period look. Many of the original furnishings remain in the museum collection. the second floor would display a historical timeline of the Kansas City area, from the late 18th century to the present. the plan calls for using the third floor as an education center.all of that will take years and cost millions of dollars. In the meantime, people taking the tour can get a better appreciation for the mansion’s past and future.“we hear some gasps of shock and surprise as we move tours along,” said Leitch, noting that for many people it may be their first experience inside since a grade-school field trip.Monitoring the restoration and future use of Corinthian Hall is an advisory board appointed by the mayor. Gary Marsh, a longtime supporter of the building, recently stepped down as chairman. Board member Martha Lally is the new chairwoman, and other new members were sworn in Monday.Lally said one of the projects she wants to pursue is to spotlight Kansas City families whose roots in the area stretch back more than a century. While Corinthian Hall and its carriage house await restoration, museum officials also decided to focus attention on the grounds, which once were attended by a full-time gardener and two attendants.Flower beds that approximate the originals, as documented in old photographs, have been planted with the help of the Westport Garden Club.“I researched Victorian and turn-of-the-century gardens and came up with a design,” said Sharon Orr of the garden club, who also happens to be related to the Long family by marriage. “we plan to continue our involvement and have donated some new trees.”Water for the new plantings comes from an original, 10,000-gallon cistern under the lawn that collects rainwater from the mansion’s downspouts. There are two new elliptical flower beds on the south side of the mansion and two new quatrefoil beds on the north lawn of the estate. the north beds are located in depressions that were still discernible marking the original sites. the plantings contain a variety of colors, textures and heights. At the center of the north beds are Japanese mountain banana plants, which can grow to several feet.“the inclusion of those kinds of exotic tropicals was really common in high-end gardens of this period — because they were so hard to get,” Leitch said.

The Payson Roundup / Payson ‘perfect’ for telecommuters

“Payson is the perfect telecommuters town,” said James Hohl, who helps patients squeeze through insurance mazes for a Wyoming hospital while rarely leaving Payson.

Process Engineer Hohl works for St. John’s Community Hospital, but spends most of his time in his Payson home office. From there, he guides patients through the maze of their insurance coverage so that they only receive one bill for services.

He and his wife Rachel spent several years struggling with the Wyoming winters before deciding they wanted to return to Arizona — but keep their jobs in Wyoming.

“We picked Payson because of the weather,” said Hohl, “but I like Payson, it

feels nice — it’s a small community.”

Hohl says Payson’s location next to the fifth largest city in the United States with an international airport, its natural beauty, and infrastructure make it the perfect town for a professional telecommuter to set up shop.

“I have everything I need here, Internet, office supplies … I contribute to the local economy,” said Hohl. “I make local purchases.”

He proudly said he just bought a car from Chapman Auto Center. He also indulges his biking interest.

“My hobby is biking,” said Hohl, “I’m meeting other bikers through the Hike, Bike and Run store.”

While Hohl and his wife have separate jobs, other telecommuters in Payson prefer to keep it in the family.

Technical recruitment agency

John and Lorian Roethlein own a technical recruitment agency. Recently, they added their son to the roster.

Their business focuses on finding and presenting engineering companies with candidates.

“We’re hired by tech firms in Silicon Valley,” said Lorian.

The Roethleins can work from anywhere, but chose to move to Payson because of the four seasons, people and outdoors.

Sometimes, they work from places other than their home. He has even closed deals fly-fishing.

Never the types to slow down, the Roethleins started the Farmers Market two years ago that has blossomed into a successful enterprise of its own. Lorian also helped to start the Unity Church in town.

“We already have 40 to 45 members,” she said. So successful had their business become in the last couple of years the two decided to expand and add on staff, but could not find the right person to work with — until they thought of their son.

“We brought our son in last May,” said Lorian.

Kyle and his girlfriend Kathy were living in Portland. Ironically, Lorian and John’s neighbors wanted to move to Portland — so the two families did a house swap.

When they moved to town, the young couple missed the culture of Portland, but soon found ways to fit in. Kathy started taking nursing classes at Gila Community College while Kyle enjoys work and nourishes his dirt bike and martial arts hobbies. “I hang out at the Triangle Arts martial arts gym and at Scoops,” Kyle said, “I looked up a (dirt bike) shop and found guys to ride with.”

Legal adviser to drug companies

Across town from the Roethleins, the Walas enjoy the freedom telecommuting offers with their family schedule. they have two teenage children who keep them on the go during the school year. during vacations, the family travels the world together.

“I work when my client needs to get something done,” said Laurel Wala.

Laurel started a law firm in Scottsdale focusing on pharmaceutical law. her firm is one of the only firms to specialize in this area of law.

When her oldest son started school, she and her husband Devin, who worked in computer engineering, decided living in a small town would offer a life less hectic than if they lived in the city — but the way the children keep them going, it makes that hard to believe.

At 7:00 in the morning, the two tag team to make sure the children get to school on time.

“Did you get your lunch?” asked Laurel of her son Ryland as she steps toward the kitchen. He should leave in five minutes, but he’s still trying to get his backpack together.

“Sure,” said Ryland.

Usually Laurel does not make him a lunch, but now that he trains for track, she said he likes to eat healthy.

At 7:15, when Ryland should be at school, Devin starts the car and off they go, late, but at least on their way.

Lindsey waits for a family friend and her children to take her to school later. She enjoys having her parents at home.“I don’t have to have a babysitter,” she said.

Devin finds that he has to focus on transitioning from work to family mode.“I never get to come home at the end of the day,” he said. “That’s still an issue.”

He and Laurel make sure to balance their work and home life. even though Laurel found the transition from working in an office to working at home a challenge, she could never go back.

“I have nightmares about going back to the office,” she said.

Besides the family time, another advantage of telecommuting Laurel appreciates is the chance to circulate money from outside of Arizona into Payson. “We love Payson and shop locally,” she said, “Because my clients aren’t in Arizona, when they pay me that’s money from outside circulating locally.”

Telecommuting benefits

Telework, as it has been called, offers numerous benefits —

Lower overhead by providing less office space.

Increased productivity. Most companies report from 10 to 40 percent more output from employees. Hohl noticed a difference from the lack of office interruptions, “I feel more productive outside of the office,” he said.

Improved motivation. Employers report workers often feel an increase in trust from the company because of the independence allowed them.

Flexibility. Companies are less affected by weather, natural disasters, or transit strikes. better customer service. Staff can work off hours with greater ease.

Reduced travel time and costs.

Better work opportunities. No longer are employees limited to finding work close enough to commute.

Improved family life.

How To Identify a Legitimate Work At Home Opportunity

How To Identify a Legitimate Work At Home Opportunity

How does one identify the legitimate from the shady work from home opportunities? I have seen this question asked in many different places. there are a lot of people wishing to make a living and/or extra money online. the problem is that only 98% of the people who try actually succeed. the biggest reason that people fail is 1 because they give up and 2 the fear of getting caught up with a less then legitimate company or opportunity.

Most people that try to start a business online quit if they do not start making money right away. without some kind of crazy luck that just is not likely to happen. Building a business online is a lot of work! you are not likely to start seeing an income for at least 3 to 6 months, and in many cases more. Also many that try tend to loose money by signing up with companies that intentionally and/or unintentionally do not deliver on what was promised.

That being said the first thing you need is the right mindset before even beginning. Set realistic goals both short term and long term. Then do not let it worry you if things do not go exactly as planned, just keep working and building.

Now back to the original question. it is sadly true that there are many people online ready to take your money without offering anything of true value! Many try to sell you a program that they have not even been working with themselves and have no idea if it really works. They are just after their commission. on the other hand there are many legitimate programs offering work from home solutions that you truly can make money with some time and effort. Again this is where having the right mindset comes in and an understanding of how to choose wisely.

One way to avoid the not so legitimate opportunity is for you to become aware of the types of opportunities that are most commonly not what they claim, and to be able to recognize the difference between the good and the bad. the number one thing to do is trust your instincts. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I am sure you have heard this before, but I have found it to be a truth.

Do not fall for high pressure sales in which a person over the phone or on there website tells you that they are only accepting those who are serious about making a living online, and require that you sign up now before this opportunity is no longer offered. this is a less than honest tactic that many use. all they are interested in is getting into your pocket by instilling a sense of urgency for you to make a decision before you have time to think about it. what ever you do ALWAYS take the time to think!

Research the company online by typing there name in Google with review next to the company name and/or owners name. this technique is only one of many research strategies to use. there are some who write there own reviews thereby assuring that they have positive entries that may or may not be true. Read through as many as there are so you find the people who actually have experience with the company of interest. A really great place to start your research by joining Work from Home Forums. there are many people that have experience with many different opportunities.

Take the time to check with the Online BBB (Better Business Bureau). A newer company might not be listed yet which does not mean they are not legit. you should just spend a little more time researching the newer companies that you are interested in. A legitimate company will have contact information available on their websites. there should at least be an email address.

A legitimate company will offer adequate information as to who they are and what they offer before requiring that you sign up. another thing that the more legitimate companies are doing is offering FREE training courses and information giving you a better view of what they are about. you can also email them and test their customer service response. If they do not email you back but you are very interested, send one more email to assure it was received, then if you still do not get a response you should then move on.

Common opportunities that may not be legitimate:

Email/Chain Letters: you most likely have received this type of email and/or land mail letter requesting you to send x amount of money to the address given in the letter, stating that you will get your name added to the list and then an x number of people will send you a Dollar. these letter schemes are structured so that only the top names receive money and you receive zero!

Typing Work At Home: Though there are some opportunities that are legitimate, many are not. for example some will send you a disk and printed information for a fee. They then want you to type their ads, place them on the internet to sell their system to other people thus requesting you to be dishonest as well.

Craft Assembly offering $600 a week: you are instructed to call them; they will then send you a list of companies to call. Each company will then instruct you to send them $20 or $30 for a start up kit with them which is there primary goal.

Other common questionable opportunities include: Newspaper clip assembly, Stuffing Envelopes, and Pyramid Schemes.

So how does one Identify the Legitimate Work from Home Opportunity? you will hear many say that if you are required to pay a fee to get started then the opportunity is not legit. this is true if the opportunity is a more main stream job such as a Medical Billing, some Data Entry, and proof reading Positions. To be on the safe side you should confirm this type of online opportunity as well.

There are many services and information that is completely FREE. Understand though that there are few to zero real business opportunities off or online that do not require start-up costs. However there are many online opportunities that are only a fraction of the cost of an offline business. you can not beat it! just be sure to research each opportunity, avoid high pressure sales tactics, and choose wisely.

Check with the BBB. Check that there is content information somewhere on their website. Google the company name and/or owner with review next to the name. See what other people that have been or still are working with them. Join work from home or online business forums and ask people there that are already making money online and have had experience with many different Online Opportunities. Email the company(s) you are interested in and ask questions. Last but not least, ALWAYS remember to trust your instincts!

Beavan falters, Mariners’ bats wilt

Posted by admin | Posted in work at home | Posted on 12-06-2012-05-2008

Every game in which the Seattle Mariners allowed the Los Angeles Dodgers a hit, they lost – and Sunday it didn’t take long to see which way it was going.

Kyle Seager’s first-inning solo homer put the Mariners up and got a Safeco Field crowd of 34,807 off to a good start.

Then Blake Beavan allowed six second-inning runs to the Dodgers and Los Angeles was off and running toward an 8-2 victory that did nothing for Beavan’s job security.

“we don’t make rash decisions,” manager Eric Wedge said. “Blake has had command issues.”

With two out and a man on base in the second inning, Beavan’s game collapsed – with a little help from a defense that didn’t help.

There was a walk, a little looping single into center field for the tying run, then another bloop single to left in front of Mike Carp, who charged but seemed to pull up at the last moment.

The ball not only dropped for an RBI single, but Carp’s throw to the infield was cut off by third baseman Seager, who attempted to make a diving tag on Tony Gwynn Jr. sliding into third base.

“if I hold on to the ball, he’s out,” Seager said. “it came loose in the collision.”

Two chances on the same play to get out of the inning tied at 1. Neither accomplished.

Beavan walked a man to load ’em up, then left a fastball in Andre Ethier’s hitting zone and Ethier hit it – out, for his fourth career grand slam and a 6-1 lead the Mariners never put a dent in.

“I fell behind, I tried to make the pitches,” Beavan said. “the last two games, I felt like I made a lot of good pitches. Today, if I don’t walk the two guys in the second inning …

“I’ve got to get ahead and put guys away. I’ve never gone through anything like this, not up here,” he said.

In his 12th start of the season, Beavan’s record dropped to 3-6, his earned-run average climbed to 5.92 and, yes, the Mariners have options. One is in Tacoma – rookie right-hander Erasmo Ramirez.

It would not surprise many if, by Tuesday, Seattle makes a roster move.

Not nearly as easy is the matter of the Mariners’ offense – especially at Safeco Field.

After a successful road swing against the Rangers, White Sox and Angels, Seattle came home and managed 17 hits and six runs in three games against the Dodgers.

Asked why the team might be struggling at Safeco, Seager wouldn’t bite.

“we don’t separate the two, home and away, it’s just baseball,” he said. “we faced some pretty good pitching this series, took the first game and then lost the next two.”

That first game, six Seattle pitchers no-hit the Dodgers, and the Mariners won, 1-0.

No matter that the Mariners have played more road games (37) than any other team in the majors.

In the 25 games they have played at home, the offensive numbers are startling.

The highest batting average by any Mariners player at Safeco?

Ichiro Suzuki, who is batting .245.

Next is Dustin Ackley (.220), John Jaso (.211), Seager (.205) and Brendan Ryan (.200).

Justin Smoak, Jesus Montero, Michael Saunders, Miguel Olivo, Carp – they’re all under .200 at Safeco Field.

And Munenori Kawasaki? in six games at Safeco Field, he’s 0-for-11.

What’s the cure?

“for one thing, playing more often at home,” Wedge said. “We’ve played more games on the road, we’ve hit well, and it will carry over. we will hit better at home.”

Without a real offense, Seattle is 10-15 at Safeco Field, putting enormous pressure on a pitching staff to hold the opposition to almost nothing.

That’s not realistic.

Beavan, at the moment, cannot hold the opposition at home or on the road.

“Teams have been jumping out on his fastball early in the count,” pitching coach Carl Willis said. “When he came to the big leagues, his change-up was his second-best pitch, and when he throws it in fastball counts, he’s effective.

“He’s got to get more consistent with his secondary stuff, and his past couple of starts, his command has been less than it had been.”

When managers and pitching coaches talk about a pitcher who needs to work on command issues in the big leagues, the translation is almost always the same. They mean he has to work on it … in the minor leagues.

Beavan has struggled after a fine spring training, and a dozen starts without finding consistency is likely to mean his starting job is in immediate jeopardy.

Defense, however, might have saved Beavan in that second inning. Offense surely would have helped.

When he didn’t get enough of either, it was a short day for Beavan and a long one for a good-sized crowd at Safeco Field.

Safety work reopens paths at Greenfield valley heritage park

Full access has been restored to a Flintshire heritage park, 11 months after popular paths were closed when old mill buildings were found to be in a dangerous condition.

Officials at Holywell's Greenfield Valley Heritage Park have secured and fenced off Greenfield Mills.

The deterioration of the mill buildings was due to vandal attacks as well as age.

Repair work will begin next month on the site which dates back centuries.

Heritage park workers are considering putting bee hives around the buildings to act as a further deterrent to vandals.

"We realise that the wholesale closure of the site and the paths deprived the local community and visitors of some popular walking routes," said operations manager Chris Wright.

"But there have been benefits, and importantly, to the local wildlife."

The site contains a colony of rare dingy skipper butterflies which has grown in size since the lack of visitors in the immediate area.

Welsh government funding via heritage group CADW will help to pay for the remedial work with money from Flintshire council to pay for the security fencing.

Next year, the park plans a third phase of work around Greenfield Mills to improve biodiversity at the former industrial site which has been reclaimed by nature.

The 70-acre (28 hectares) heritage park, which includes a museum and farm, is owned by Flintshire council and managed by trustees from the Greenfield Valley Trust.

It is also home to near St Winefride's Holy well, known as the Lourdes of Wales, as well as Basingwerk Abbey, founded in 1132.

We Red Star produce ‘Red card’ machine which is named ‘China famous brand. In process of replacing the bearing of large jaw crusher, we should pay attention to the following points:

1, what should we do when remove the old watt of jaw crusher:

(1) Measure the thickness of the old bush joint surface gasket.

(2) Measure the levelness of the spindle.

(3) Examine whether the spindle is smooth or not, and whether it with the defects of rust, bumps and so on or not. If the situation is exist, you should to eliminate it.

(4) Measure the of the bottom clearance, backlash and end clearance of the bearing bush.

2, Testing of the contact of the watt-back with the bearing of the jaw crusher.

In order to prevent happening of the reverse sliding and rotating between the bearing bush and the bearing pedestal when the equipment operation, it generally adopts the pin, sleeve positioning mode.

3, The techniques requiring of the scraping the bearing bush

Marriage-saving tips for work-at-home couples

Earlier this month “Hitched” received a letter from a wife who works from home and asked for our help. after 31 years of marriage, she is struggling with her husband’s lack of respect for her workspace. He also began working from home and moved his computer into her office and now regularly interrupts her. The wife feels smothered and disrespected, and now she daydreams about getting her own apartment.

Rather than reply to just her with tips, I thought I’d share the information with all of you. while I have a lot of work-from-home experience, I gave a call to Diane Gottsman, owner of The Protocol School of Texas, a company specializing in etiquette training for corporations, universities and individuals

Define your workspace Having a space of your own is extremely important, even if one of you has to work from the kitchen table. if possible, set up shop in two separate rooms on opposite sides of your home. being in a separate space will help avoid distractions from your spouse, which can be as simple as their phone ringing throughout the day. if quarters are tight, Gottsman advises against butting two desks up against each other where you and your spouse are face to face, especially if you are doing your own projects for two different companies. The distractions it will likely cause will outweigh the benefits of the space saved.

If you don’t have a space large enough to accommodate both of you, establishing office hours may provide a fix.

Create office hours if you only have one room that can work comfortably as a home office, Gottsman says you might trade use of that room by creating work hours. For example, one might exclusively get the room from 8:00 to 1:00 and the other from 1:00 to 5:00. Gottsman says to negotiate the times that you truly need to be focused.

The second aspect of creating office hours is to let your spouse (and the rest of your family) know when you are not to be disturbed. You and your spouse can sync calendars on your smartphones to get on the same page. if you have kids, Gottsman suggests creating a physical calendar that they can see and placing it somewhere in a communal space.

Third, you have to establish a time to shut things down. “We all have to create an end-time for our workday, whether that’s 5 o’clock or 6 o’clock,” says Gottsman. “At some point we have to turn it off, close the laptop, walk away from the computer, silence our cell phone and spend time with each other.”

Communication Dialogue with each other is paramount. “You have to be able to talk to each other and really be honest without becoming defensive,” says Gottsman. have a conversation where you explain what you need, when you need it and how these ground rules need to be followed going forward. “It’s so important to be on the same page without becoming offended when your spouse can’t spend time with you,” says Gottsman.

If you would like to take advantage of being under the same roof during the day, Gottsman doesn’t think it would be outlandish to make appointments. For example, “You could say, ‘I know it’s a busy day for you, can we schedule a time later on where we can talk about how we’re going to get the kids to camp and who’s going to take Suzy to the soccer game,’” suggest Gottsman. You might not blatantly request an “appointment,” but establishing specific times to take a break from work will keep you both focused and in the loop.

Dealing with distractions This might be the biggest hurdle for most people working from home. “We’ve gotten into the habit of being distracted,” says Gottsman. “We now have to get into the habit of focusing on getting what we need to get done, taking our breaks, and at a certain point shutting down and being present with our spouse and with our friends.” This means you need to avoid pulling out the smartphone and taking a peak at Twitter, and likewise close the Facebook window.

When your husband or wife is just a few steps away, you need to respect each other’s space. You shouldn’t have to get off the phone to answer a question from our spouse, nor should they write you notes while you’re trying to conduct business. This gets back to communication, but you might try saying something along the lines of, “I love you, I love you being here with me, but I’m easily distracted so could you help me out?” recommends Gottsman. So rather than scold your spouse for distracting you, you’ve flipped it and asked them for help.

Dealing with the family Your boundaries should be very, very clear. “We want to feel like what we’re doing is of value and that our spouse also values us,” says Gottsman. “It may not seem as important, but if we’re doing it, it is important.” Your family needs to know they cannot walk in to your office and interrupt. when Gottsman absolutely cannot be disturbed and needs the rest of the house quiet while she takes an important call, she’ll put a sign on her door informing her family. Gottsman says you should have a conversation with your family that they are not to start the vacuum cleaner or blend a smoothie when they know you need a quiet backdrop.

Moreover, inform family members that you find it distracting if they stand next to you, breathing down your neck while you’re trying to get work done. It can be difficult with kids during the summer time when they’re home and need assistance, but establishing regular breaks when they know you’re available, and getting older siblings and your spouse to chip in will provide a big relief.

Of course, each household has their own schedules and specific needs. these are just a few guidelines for husbands and wives to follow when their office shares the same address.

“When you’re married, you have to look at all of these factors and figure out what works best for you, what works best under your own roof,” says Gottsman.
